Accessing Your Diagnocat Account
- Open Your Browser: Launch Google Chrome for optimal performance.
- Visit Our Website: Navigate to diagnocat.com.
- Select Your Region: Choose your region to ensure localized support.
- Log In: Click on 'Login' and select your Diagnocat 2.0 product subscription to access the appropriate platform version.
- Enter Credentials: Input your email and password. If you need to reset your password, use the link provided on the login page.
Navigating the Homepage
- Patient List: Centralized on your screen, this list allows quick access to patient records.
- Search Functionality: Use the search bar at the top to find patients by name, ID, or other details.
- Layout Options: Switch between list and matrix views for your convenience.
Creating a New Patient Profile
If Diagnocat is integrated with your Practice Management Software (PMS), new patient profiles are automatically created. For manual creation or if integration isn't available:
- Add Patient: Click on the 'Add Patient' button.
- Enter Details: Provide the patient's first and last name, email (optional), date of birth, and assign a treating doctor.
- Assign ID: Input a unique patient number for easy tracking.
- Save Profile: Click 'Save' to add the new patient to your list.
Organizing Patient Records
Sort the patient list by criteria such as name, ID, date of birth, or attending doctor to streamline navigation.
