4. Patient Profile Management

In this session, we'll explore how to manage and share patient profiles directly from the Diagnocat homepage, enhancing collaboration with other clinics and healthcare providers.

Managing Shared Patient Profiles

On the Diagnocat homepage, you'll find two key sections:

  1. Received Referrals: This section lists patients referred to you from other clinics.
  2. Sent Referrals: This section displays patients whose data you've shared with external clinics or healthcare providers.

Sharing a Patient's Profile

To share a patient's information with another clinic or provider:

  1. Access Patient Profile: Open the desired patient's profile from your list.
  2. Initiate Sharing: Click the 'Share' button at the top of the page.
  3. Enter Recipient Details: In the pop-up window, input the recipient's email address. Optionally, add a comment for additional context.
  4. Finalize Sharing: Click 'Share' to proceed.
  5. Save Access Code: After sharing, an access code will appear. Copy and save this code, as the recipient will need it to securely access the patient's data.

Once shared, the patient's profile will appear in your 'Sent Referrals' section on the homepage.

Accessing a Shared Patient Profile

For the recipient to access the shared patient profile:

  1. Open Email: The recipient receives an email containing a link to the shared profile.
  2. Log In: They log in to their Diagnocat account.
  3. Enter Access Code: Upon prompt, they enter the provided access code.
  4. Access Profile: The patient's data then appears in their 'Received Referrals' section.

Diagnocat ensures secure and efficient sharing of patient data, facilitating seamless collaboration among dental professionals.
