In this lesson, you’ll learn how to set up your Diagnocat account, focusing on initial configurations and user management.

Key Points:

  1. Accessing Diagnocat:
    • Recommended browser: Google Chrome.
    • Visit diagnocat.com, select your region, and log in with your email and password.
  2. Account Settings:
    • Navigate to ‘Settings’ by clicking on your account name in the top right corner.
    • Enter and update your clinic’s mailing information under the ‘Information’ tab.
    • Set the ‘Dental Notation Format’ to ISO for consistency.
  3. Organization Details:
    • Enter your clinic’s information under the ‘Organization’ tab.
    • Upload your office logo to appear on patient reports.
  4. User Management:
    • Create individual logins for each dentist by clicking ‘Add Doctor’ and entering their details.
    • Send invitations for dentists to set up their passwords and access their accounts.
  5. Account Overview:
    • Review your account details and utilization statistics.
