Key Points:

  1. Accessing Dental Cards:
    • Click on the tooth number in the tooth chart to bring up the corresponding Dental Card.
    • AI detects areas with periodontal bone loss and dental calculus.
  2. Examining Pathologies:
    • Hover over pathologies to see a green bounding box.
    • Click on the image to enlarge it and adjust brightness and sharpness for better viewing.
  3. Supporting the Screening Process:
    • Assist the dentist in tracking observations and concerns using customizable Dental Cards.
    • Remove conditions by clicking the ‘X’ button and add conditions using the ‘Add Condition’ box.
    • Add comments and restore the original state by clicking ‘Close’.
  4. Approval and Printing:
    • Only dentists can approve dental cards and print signed reports.
    • Reports without approval will state they are generated with AI and must be interpreted by the attending dentist.
  5. Team Collaboration:
    • Use reports during team huddles to discuss upcoming treatments and prepare proactively.

By the end of this lesson, you’ll be proficient in using Diagnocat’s Dental Cards to support the dental team in providing high-quality patient care.
