Part 1: Full Mouth X-ray and Panoramic Reports
This lesson consists of various bite-sized parts to help you explore the different reports available through Diagnocat. We’ll start by focusing on Full Mouth X-ray (FMX) and Panoramic reports.
Key Points:
- Full Mouth X-ray (FMX) and Panoramic Reports:
- Panoramic reports have a larger field of view and can identify non-dental findings.
- Use tools to enlarge images and adjust brightness and sharpness for better examination.
- AI Detection and Final Diagnosis:
- AI detects conditions and highlights them in green bounding boxes.
- Dentists are responsible for the final diagnosis.
Part 2: Radiological Reports
In this part of the lesson, you’ll learn about Diagnocat’s patented radiological report, offering a comprehensive evaluation of oral health with over 65 detectable conditions in 3D images.
Key Points:
- Accessing 3D Reports:
- Click on the CBCT tab to view panoramic-like images.
- Download the original DICOM file for use with other software.
- Ordering Reports:
- Choose between radiological and STL reports.
- Radiological reports take about 5 minutes to generate.
- Report Features:
- Includes patient information, images, and a variety of viewing options.
- AI detects conditions and presents them in dental cards with options to reset, view all slices, open 3D viewer, and approve.
Part 3: STL Reports
In this lesson, you’ll explore Diagnocat’s STL or 3D model reports for enhanced treatment planning and patient education.
Key Points:
- 3D Model Visualization:
- View and manipulate the patient’s X-ray in a 3D model.
- Adjust transparency and color for better visualization.
- Analyzing Anatomy:
- Assess the mandibular nerve and measure distances using the multi-planar reconstruction (MPR) feature.
- Use the STL report for patient education and treatment planning.
Part 4: Specialist CBCT Reports
In this lesson, you’ll learn about Diagnocat’s specialist CBCT reports, including orthodontic and third molar reports.
Key Points:
- Orthodontic Reports:
- Generated in 3 to 5 minutes.
- Includes panoramic CBCT reconstruction, cephalometric projections, cross-sectional images, and TMJ sagittal slices.
- Third Molar Reports:
- Choose the specific tooth for the report.
- Provides cross-sectional slices and accurate tracing of the mandibular nerve.
- Includes tools for marking and measuring distances.
By the end of these lessons, you’ll be proficient in using Diagnocat’s various reports to enhance diagnosis, treatment planning, and patient education.
