8. Radiological Reports - Panoramic Analysis

In this video, we’ll walk you through how to review and interpret panoramic radiologic reports inside Diagnocat.

    1. Accessing the Panoramic Report
    • Log in to Diagnocat and click "Pano" to open the panoramic report.
    • The orthopantomogram image will load on the left side with diagnostic overlays.

    2. Image Adjustment Tools
    • Use the left toolbar to:
      • Adjust brightness, contrast, or sharpness.
      • Hover over tools to see descriptions.
    • Click "Expand" to zoom in for detailed review.

    3. Editing Tooth Numbers
    • If a tooth number is incorrect:
      1. Click "Edit tooth number" in the image panel.
      2. Select the tooth, enter the correct number, and click "Confirm".
      3. The dental chart will update automatically.

    4. Diagnostic Filters (CATs)
    • Use the top filters to focus on specific pathologies:
      • Perio: Periodontal conditions.
      • Restorative: Fillings, crowns, etc.
      • Endo: Root canal-related findings.
      • Anatomy: Landmarks and past treatments.

    5. Dental Chart Interpretation
    • Teeth are color-coded:
      • White: Healthy.
      • Purple: Treated.
      • Red: Unhealthy.
      • Cross (X): Missing tooth.
    • Red horizontal bars: Indicate periodontal data (click to view).

    6. Tooth Cards
    • Click any tooth to open its Tooth Card, showing:
      • Detected conditions (e.g., "mild periodontitis").
      • AI confidence percentage (≥50% displayed by default).
    • To add/remove conditions: Click the "Plus" icon.
    • Filter options: By probability, category, or alphabetical order.

    7. Advanced Tools
    • Suspicious Teeth: Highlights teeth with 30–50% confidence (e.g., early caries).
    • Conditions Details: Toggle to expand/collapse all diagnoses.
    • Add notes: Click the comment icon to include clinical observations.

    8. Finalizing the Report
    • Approve: Click to lock in all edits and notes.
    • Select Teeth: Choose specific teeth/groups (e.g., "Unhealthy") to include.
    • Clinical Conclusion: Add your findings, treatment plan, or recommendations.

    9. Signing & Exporting
    • For a medical record:
      • Approve all Tooth Cards.
      • Apply your digital signature.
    • For a non-medical report: Export without signing.
    • Customize: Toggle visibility of AI confidence, conditions, or image slices.
    • Download: Save as PDF or print for the patient.
