In this video, we explore the functionalities of Diagnocat's Radiologic Report for intraoral radiographs, highlighting how to navigate and analyze these reports effectively.
Opening and Uploading Images:
- To begin, click on the desired image to open the report. Diagnocat allows the upload of 1 to 24 intraoral images per patient. These images are displayed on the left side in a matrix aligned with the dental formula. A toolbar is available to adjust brightness, contrast, and sharpness, enhancing image clarity.
Editing Tooth Information:
- If a tooth number needs correction within the dental formula, use the "Change tooth number" feature. Select the correct tooth, input the new number, and confirm to update the dental formula accordingly.
Utilizing Tag Filters:
- At the top of the panoramic reformat, four critical area tag filters are available:
- Periodontal: Highlights periodontal conditions.
- Restorative: Focuses on restorative issues.
- Endo: Emphasizes endodontic concerns.
- Anatomy: Displays anatomical structures and prior treatments within the image matrix.
Interpreting the Dental Formula:
- The dental formula categorizes teeth using specific colors:
- White: Healthy teeth.
- Purple: Previously treated teeth.
- Red: Unhealthy teeth.
- Crosses: Missing teeth.
- Red bars on certain teeth indicate periodontal screening. Clicking on a tooth icon opens its detailed card, providing a summary of detected conditions.
Modifying Diagnoses:
- To adjust diagnoses, click the "Plus" icon within the tooth card. Add or remove diagnoses using filters such as Probability, Category, or Alphabetical Order. A search function is also available for specific conditions.
Additional Features:
- Suspicious Teeth: This feature highlights conditions where AI confidence is between 30% and 50%, such as early caries or periapical lesions. When enabled, affected teeth are marked in yellow.
- Conditions Details: Expands or hides the full list of detected conditions within the tooth card. Comments can be added to each tooth card, which will be included in the final report.
Finalizing the Report:
- To customize the final report:
- Select Specific Teeth: Navigate to "Settings" and choose individual teeth or filter by groups like Unhealthy or Previously treated teeth.
- Add Clinical Conclusions: At the report's end, input clinical conclusions and treatment recommendations. It's advisable for the attending dentist to review and confirm all teeth statuses, finalizing the report as a signed medical record.
- The completed Radiologic Report will feature your clinic’s logo and details. Report parameters on the left panel can be customized, allowing for image inversion, confidence level adjustments, and detail modifications. Once finalized, the report can be downloaded as a PDF or printed for patient consultations, facilitating informed decision-making regarding recommended treatments.
Diagnocat streamlines the radiologic analysis process, enhancing both efficiency and accuracy in dental diagnostics.
