The snapshot may not load for several reasons, here are some of the most common:
1. Your file does not match the format supported by Diagnocat.
Required formats for CT - .dcm/dicom, for FMX and Pano - .png, .jpeg, .tiff
2. Internet speed is too low. Check the Internet speed using speedtest, for the correct operation of the program, we recommend a speed of at least 30 Mb / s
